* Half Yearly and Quarterly Fees include a surcharge, but not the $15 affiliation fee, which must be added to the first installment

Membership Period is for a full 12 months from date of nomination irrespective of payment type and payable by Cheque, Credit Card, Cash or EFTPOS.

1/2 Yearly Fees :- Pay 6 months fee in advance. Advice will issue 1 month prior to due date for the remaining 6 months fee.

Quarterly Fees :- Pay 3 months in advance. Advice will issue 1 month prior to due date for each quarter's fee.
