The picturesque Willunga Golf Course is home to Willunga Golf Club.
The Club was established in 1973 with members playing on the original 9 hole course. In 1990 the golf course was expanded to have 18 holes and members are able to enjoy both competition and social round of golf.
We play competition on:
- Tuesday morning for Women
- Wednesday morning for Men
- Saturday until 12.30pm for both Men and Women
We have playing spots available in all of our competition days and there is no delay in finding a suitable time to play. The club runs special fun events on several Sunday’s throughout the year which members and their guests can participate.
If you would like to enhance your competition experience you may wish to play in one of our pennant teams. Our teams cater for players of differing abilities and compete in the Southern Districts Golf pennant competition with the Men’s pennants being played on a Sunday and the Women’s on a Monday.
In addition to competition the club runs very successful My Golf clinics which introduce children aged between 5 and 12 to the fun of playing golf. These are run over a 10 week period, 3 times a year by the club’s highly qualified instructors. Several of the graduates have represented or are representing the state in interstate competitions. If you would like any further details re these clinics check out the My Golf website at mygolf.org.au or contact the Willunga Pro Shop.
Professional coaching is available to all members from a registered AAA professional whether you are an experienced golfer or just learning. Enquire at the Pro Shop re booking details.
